Harvard Board of Health approves housing variance and multiple permits at remote meeting. The board unanimously granted a variance for 12 Houghton Lane allowing a Panasonic air exchanger to meet ventilation requirements in a basement recreation room, with the homeowner confirming window replacement plans and building commissioner approval. The board also unanimously approved the 2026 waste hauler application for Win Waste Innovations and the 2026 Stable Permit for 15 Withington Lane.
Board members agreed to schedule a Styrofoam collection for June pending confirmation with the Department of Public Works Director and set a February deadline for completing materials for a March Lions Club Wellness and Health Fair.
