Harvard Board of Health approves septic system variances and deed restriction. The board unanimously approved local variances and upgrades allowing a Geomat septic system at 12 Park Lane with a reduced 2-foot groundwater offset and sieve analysis instead of PERC tests, after the Conservation Commission had already approved the wetlands variance. The board also unanimously approved a deed restriction at 43 Park Lane limiting the residence to three bedrooms.
The board approved a $98.15 office supply invoice and authorized Administrative Assistant Sharon McNally to develop a flyer on new water testing requirements for the June tax bill and apply for two portable hand wash stations through Region 2 HMACC.
