Board of Health · Meeting of June 8, 2026
Harvard Board of Health approves septic variances and vendor payments. Chair Chris Mitchell, Vice Chair Brad Holub, and member Susan Kilroy-Ames voted unanimously to grant six septic system variances for 116 Littleton County Road, where soil constraints and wetlands necessitated relief on well setback, disposal system placement, and percolation testing. The Board also approved an AmazonBusiness invoice for $57.65 and a Nashoba Associated Boards of Health invoice #2027-109 for $11,696.71 in first-quarter 2027 services.
The Board agreed to pursue a combined MassDEP Technical Assistance Grant of up to $20,000 with the Water and Sewer Commission for Transfer Station and Warren Avenue projects.
