Harvard Charter Review Committee convenes for first meeting, electing Eric Ward as chair. The nine-member committee, welcomed by Select Board Chair Kara Minar, unanimously elected Stuart Sklar as Vice Chair and Bruce Leicher as Clerk. The committee scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to receive public input on the town's charter, and Chair Ward will poll members to establish a regular monthly meeting schedule.
