Harvard Climate Initiative Committee reviews 2026 priorities with Select Board input. The committee approved a Bentley University greenhouse gas inventory showing Harvard ranks above average for EV, heat pump, and solar adoption and currently registers net negative in emissions, driven largely by the town's forest cover. Ellen Sachs Leicher requested members review the report before it posts to the town website.

The group confirmed municipal buildings are on track, endorsed removal of MART transit from its climate plan, and scheduled four community outreach events through June, including a solar workshop April 11 and invasive plant removal education from the Sudbury Valley Trustees.
