HARVARD — Community Preservation Committee approves seven FY 27 applications totaling roughly $577K. Chair Stu led the committee through unanimous votes backing the Harvard Public Library Trustees' floor replacement at $242K (with Trustees contributing 10 percent), the Conservation Commission's $150K conservation restriction with 3 Penny Farm, the Historical Society's Archive Digitization project, the Harvard Community Garden's $2,250 solar water pump, and Park and Recreation's ADA water fountain project under $8K. The committee also approved Town Hall bond repayment of $42,788 and $20K in administrative expenses, and tabled the Park and Recreation Tennis Court Reconstruction ($70K) to January 28 pending vendor quote review.
