Harvard Conservation Commission unanimously approved a de minimis site plan amendment at 29 Whitney Road and denied a Certificate of Compliance for Pine Hill Village. Chair Jim Burns, with members John Lee, Jaye Waldron, Jim Gorss, Britt Argow, and Diandra Bilodeau present, also voted to have Beals and Thomas conduct a peer review of the Eldridge Road culvert replacement project, continuing that hearing to October 15. The Commission accepted the draft Encroachment Policy unanimously and approved multiple land-use requests including Bromfield Cross Country's fall use of Stone Land and Harvard Conservation Trust's October 25 Run for the Hills event at Prospect Hill.
