Harvard Conservation Commission approves land restrictions and orders retroactive filing. The commission unanimously approved conservation restrictions for Stone Land and Hoskings Point and accepted a restriction for Farwell Quarry at 87 Ayer Road, with John Lee abstaining on Farwell. It required Westward Orchards to file a retroactive Notice of Intent for road and parking improvements made within the wetland buffer, waiving local fees but mandating erosion control barriers as determined by Chair Jim Burns and Conservation Agent Liz Allard.
In a separate hearing, the commission issued an Order of Conditions for a sewage system upgrade at 12 Park Lane that will require removal of 19 trees, with applicant Steven Moeser to consult the agent on native tree placement and submit an invasive species management plan for later review.
