HARVARD — Conservation Commission approves waivers for Old Littleton Road wetland work. The panel unanimously cleared invasive remediation and driveway resurfacing within a 50-foot no-disturb buffer zone at 228 Old Littleton Road, where owner Nicholas DiDuca plans to demolish existing structures and build a new single-family home with an accessory dwelling unit. The hearing was continued to April 2 pending additional details on post-treatment monitoring from Oxbow Associates.
In related news, 47 acres in Harvard will be permanently protected through donation to Harvard Conservation Trust as part of The Park at Beaver Brook development, which won Boxborough Planning Board approval.
