Harvard Conservation Commission ratifies enforcement order, approves peer review. The Commission unanimously voted to enforce compliance against Gap Mountain Drilling LLC for installing geothermal wells within 100 feet of a wetland at 30 Bolton Road without protection, with a restoration plan due January 22, 2026. The board also unanimously approved a professional peer review proposal from Beals & Thomas for the Harvard Park stormwater project, with grant funding covering the cost.
Conservation Agent Liz Allard reported the Commission will pursue updates to the Land Stewardship Subcommittee Charter and two Notice of Intent hearings were continued to January 22.
