HARVARD — Finance Committee unanimously backs Fiscal 2027 budget assumptions and omnibus article. The four-member committee, with Town Finance Director Jared Mulvane presenting, approved the budget assumptions for Fiscal 2027 and recommended passage of the revised Omnibus Budget article proposed by the Select Board after changes from the committee's February 24 recommendation. The committee also unanimously approved a $20,000 reserve fund transfer to the Department of Public Works for PFAS testing and consulting near the landfill.
