Harvard Municipal Affordable Housing Trust approves treasurer report, clears chair to seek counsel on trust powers. The five-member board voted unanimously to authorize Chair Arielle Jennings to request Town Administrator permission to engage Town Counsel for a formal review of the Declaration of Trust. The board discussed three priority parcels: the Devens MassDevelopment project, the town Gravel Pit solar development, and potential tax title properties.

The trust learned it was not accepted for an MHP grant and directed Jennings to draft a scope of service for hiring a consultant directly. Jennings and an unidentified board member will present the trust's CPC funding request at the upcoming Community Preservation Committee meeting.
