Harvard cable committee approves station manager contract, tackles reserve account gap.

Community Media Access Committee · Meeting of January 8, 2026

Harvard cable committee renews station manager contract, unanimously approves financial volunteer. Chair Patrick Vallaeys reported the Committee Charge is on the Select Board's January 20th agenda en route to Town Meeting in May. The committee invoked former chair Nick Browse as a volunteer to reconcile an approximately $21,000 discrepancy between expected and town-reported reserve balances.

Station Manager Brittany Blaney-Anderson logged seven new programs and 29 government meetings; the studio renovation is nearing completion with an open house planned once the team returns to the renovated space. Committee memberships for Kate Wool and Brian Tortora expire June 30.
