Ten property transfers were recorded in Harvard between July 24 and August 22, 2026, but only one deed had a sale price recorded: $921,500, closed July 31 between sellers Blythe L. Jamba and Guang Ying Li and buyers Alexander Straus and Jenny Citrin. The other nine sales, spanning addresses including Shaker Road, Depot Road and Barnum Road, were recorded without consideration amounts. Three deeds named a bank as grantor, and two reflected trust-to-trust transfers within apparent family lines. With price data available for just one of ten transactions, the dataset does not support conclusions about the month's overall pricing trend.
