Harvard-Devens Jurisdiction Committee approves prior minutes and advances planning on jurisdiction resumption. Chair Victor Normand reported feedback from a January 27 public meeting was positive though some questioned financial analysis validity. The committee tasked members with tri-town Select Board outreach, community engagement, and Master Plan integration.

Paul Green proposed a memo outlining four strategic alternatives for the DJFC's future direction given MassDevelopment's continued absence from deliberations; the memo was continued without vote. The committee scheduled next meeting for 6 pm March 24 and tentatively set future meetings for 6 pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
