The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded eight property transfers in Harvard between July 31 and Aug. 29, but none of the filings had a sale price recorded, so a price range and median could not be calculated for the period. The month's most distinctive transaction was an unaddressed Harvard parcel transferred from Devens Village Green LLC and Nau Partners LLC to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency on Aug. 5; the same buyer also acquired 14 Bradley Circle that day. Sales were spread across seven different streets with no clustering on any one. Based on the available data alone, price levels and overall market tone for the period cannot be determined.
