Library Trustees · Meeting of April 6, 2026

HARVARD — Library Trustees approve revised pavilion policy and finalize summer programming. Director Mary Wilson reported that the Finance Committee and Select Board have approved the budget, and that accountant assistant Catherine Bowen will resign April 30. The board scheduled four outdoor concerts totaling $1,400: The Rafters on June 28, Jazz Depot on July 14, Common End on July 28, and Solara on August 11.

Trustees reviewed building renovation designs from CBT for the Harris Room, study rooms, teen room, and kitchen, and directed staff to develop a phased cleanup plan before construction begins.
