The remaining eight sales, spanning Trail Ridge Way, Park Lane, Ayer Road, St. Johns Lane, Stow Road, Sholan Circle, Glenview Drive and Barnum Road, also carried no consideration recorded yet. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the period's market tone cannot be characterized beyond the raw count of recorded transfers.
