Only one of ten Harvard deeds discloses a sale price in latest filing period
Ten properties changed hands in Harvard between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $575,000, for a Grant Road transfer from the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency to Grant Rd LLC on Aug. 13. A second deed for a nearby Grant Road address, recorded the same day with the same buyer and seller, listed no price. The remaining eight sales, spanning Trail Ridge Way, Park Lane, Ayer Road, St. Johns Lane, Stow Road, Sholan Circle, Glenview Drive and Barnum Road, also carried no disclosed consideration. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the period's market tone cannot be characterized beyond the raw count of recorded transfers.
