Planning Board appoints Design Review Board members, welcomes new economic development director

Harvard Planning Board names new Design Review Board members, adds staffer. Chair John McCormack's board unanimously appointed Steve Moeser and Richard Cabelus to three-year terms on the Design Review Board, with appointments expiring June 30, 2029. Members Doug Thornton, Irene Battaglia, Richard Abt, and Paul Robertson also welcomed Jenny Gingras as the town's new Community and Economic Development Director.
The board learned the Select Board dissolved the Transportation Advisory Committee, requiring the Planning Board to inherit its to-do list and shifting Abt's representative duties to the Historic Commission.
