Harvard Planning Board unanimously approves 35 Oak Hill Road artist residency conversion. The board cleared Greenhut Artist Residency to operate a live-work program for five resident artists per session at the 9.95-acre property, requiring on-site staff residency and compliance with wetland protection standards. The board also unanimously authorized electronic signatures for Planning Board decisions under state law.
In a separate public hearing on protective bylaw amendments, the board increased residential setbacks for solar facilities from 60 to 120 feet, set noise limits at 50 decibels at property line, and banned regular herbicide and pesticide use, continuing the amendments to April 6 for further review.
