Harvard Planning Board approves fee schedule and subdivisions, continues Ayer Road review. The Board voted unanimously to adopt a revised fee schedule for planning applications, striking section 130-17(2), and approved a definitive subdivision at 185, 187 and 203 Ayer Road (Elsa Heights) establishing a zoning freeze across four lots and MBTA-designated parcel. For the 320 Ayer Road special permit application, applicants William Buckley and Garrett Horsfall submitted revised site plans addressing peer review comments on drainage, driveway slope, and fire access; the Board deferred the public hearing to February 23, 2026, pending a conditions list covering ADA compliance, sidewalk design, and signage, drafted jointly by Chair McCormack and member Irene Battaglia and reviewed by Town Counsel beforehand.
