Harvard Planning Board closes hearing on protective bylaw package. Chair John McCormack and members Doug Thornton, Irene Battaglia, and Richard Abt (Paul Robertson absent) signaled intent to recommend no action on the Town Center Overlay District (Chapter 125-61) and related map amendment, deferring further revisions to the summer. The board expressed concern that Articles 26 and 27 on the town warrant, which propose zoning amendments for solar facilities, should be withdrawn if Article 25 (a lease article) fails, treating them as a package.
No public comment was recorded on any of the four bylaw amendments under review. The board voted unanimously to close the hearing.
