Harvard School Committee unanimously approved revised middle school CTE pathway exploration policy. The Assistant Superintendent Molly Superchi said the policy incorporated two required changes from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education regarding academic records and student recruitment documentation. Superintendent Dana Labb reported that the district's advisory group rejected a geothermal heat pump system for Bromfield School due to timeline constraints and land availability, recommending instead a hydronic air source heat pump system that will avoid disrupting sports fields for two years while meeting town energy goals.
The committee established HVAC improvements and supporting Superintendent Labb's success as joint priority goals heading into the 2026-2027 school year.
