HARVARD — The Harvard School Committee Policy Subcommittee approved prior minutes and advanced two draft policies toward votes. Dr. Katharine Covino, Elizabeth Nees, and Dana Labb reviewed policy BBBE Unexpired Term Fulfillment, agreeing to update Select Board language before a September 28 vote.

The subcommittee also examined policy BDF Advisory Committees to the School Committee, proposing to add Massachusetts Association of School Committees language for clarity and scheduled an October 13 vote. Five additional policies await future review: School Committee Subcommittees, Superintendent Relationship, Member Authority, Member Ethics, and Member Resignation.
