Harvard Select Board unanimously approves $36.7M FY27 budget with $135,370 override. The override, requiring May 5 voter approval, covers $34,568 in lost school Title I federal funding, $38,000 for school supplies, $30,000 for Economic Development Director salary, $10,700 for finance receptionist, and related items; the deficit was cut to roughly $100,850 from initial projections. Board also unanimously appointed Assistant Town Administrator Dawn Dunbar as Interim Town Administrator following Town Administrator Dan Nason's resignation notice, and approved an $800,000 debt exclusion for Eldridge Road culvert reconstruction.
