Select Board · Meeting of June 30, 2026

Harvard Select Board approved Town Administrator Dawn Dunbar's employment contract and authorized extension of solar project negotiations through August 30 to preserve a 30 percent federal investment tax credit before July 4 expiration. The solar project on the gravel pit property is projected to save approximately $120,000 annually. The board unanimously authorized Town Administrator Dunbar to engage engineering firms for up to $2,500 to conduct wetland mapping on the upper Depot field as a potential Department of Public Works relocation site, citing landfill capping needs and PFAS concerns at the current facility.

The board also approved FY27 goals with monthly progress check-ins and voted unanimously to elevate Historical Commission alternates Alice Miles and Nicholas Roose to full membership.
