Ten Harvard Property Transfers Recorded, None With Disclosed Sale Prices
Harvard recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but every deed filed with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds listed "price not disclosed," making a price range or median impossible to calculate this period. Baldwin Court and Bare Hill Road each saw two transfers, one of the few discernible patterns in the data. Three sales named a bank or credit union as seller (Digital Federal Credit Union, Middlesex Savings Bank, TD Bank NA), and two involved family trusts as sellers. With no pricing data available, the period's market tone cannot be characterized as strong or weak, only that transaction volume held steady at 10 recorded deeds.
