Tree Warden approves removal of one oak, withdraws two others.

Tree Warden · Meeting of May 26, 2026

HARVARD — Tree Warden JC Ferguson approved removal of one oak tree at 20 Pinnacle Road while the applicant withdrew requests to remove two others. Property owner Douglas Micciantuono, represented by engineer Dan Wolfe, sought the removals to improve driveway access and visibility. One objection was submitted in writing by Jaylyn Joss.

As a condition of the approved removal, Micciantuono must plant two native red maple trees along the driveway by June 1, 2027, maintain mulch rings, and provide three years of care including replacement if either tree dies.
