Five Harvard Deeds Recorded in Late August, Sale Prices Still Pending
Five deeds were recorded in Harvard between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, all dated Aug. 21, but none listed a sale price as of this report, so a price range and median could not be calculated for the period. The transfers were spread across Hillcrest Drive, Willow Road, Shaker Road and Grant Road, plus one deed recorded without a specific street address; no street saw more than one transfer. The most distinct transaction was 77 Grant Road, moving from the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency to Grant Rd LLC, the period's only deed involving a public agency as grantor. Two deeds involved mortgage-related entities as grantors, and two others listed grantors sharing a last name.
