Harvard deed filings show sale prices still pending for all ten September transactions
Ten property deeds were recorded for Harvard addresses between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but none of the sale prices had posted to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds as of this report, so no price range or median can be calculated this month. The only transaction with a named buyer was 77 Grant Rd., transferred from Grant Rd LLC to Florence Bank on Sept. 8. Other filings included a trust transfer on Old Littleton Road, two same-day Spinelli family trust filings on Depot Road and Still River Depot Road, and an estate transfer on Brown Road. With price data absent across the board, the dataset does not support a read on market tone this period.
