Harvard Sees 14 Deeds Recorded, but Sale Prices Still Missing From Nearly All of Them
Harvard recorded 14 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but the Worcester County Registry of Deeds had posted a sale price for only one by press time: 16 Ayer Road, which sold for $100,000 on Sept. 2 from sellers Sandra Femino and Shawn E. McCollim to buyer Rockland Trust Co. The other 13 transfers show "price not yet available," typical for recent filings, which usually get price data within about a week. Old Littleton Road and Bare Hill Road each saw two deeds recorded. Several filings involve banks or mortgage servicers, and several others appear to be transfers between family members. With pricing data this sparse, overall market tone cannot be assessed from this period's records.
