Harvard Records 11 Property Transfers in July, None With a Disclosed Sale Price
Eleven properties in Harvard changed hands between July 3 and Aug. 1, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the 11 deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this month. Stow Road and Still River Road each saw two transfers, and Littleton County Road saw two more. Six transfers listed a bank or mortgage-related entity as seller, and one, at 26 Madigan Lane, moved between two trustees of the same family trust. Harvard Town Assessors also acquired a Littleton County Road parcel. With no pricing data available, the month's market tone cannot be assessed from the figures on record.
