Six property deeds were recorded in Harvard between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, but none disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. Transactions included two deeds on Littleton County Road, one of which transferred a property to the Harvard Town Assessors, and deeds involving Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Rockland Trust as sellers.
